Be kind to all theater creators/collaborators, to ensure a comfortable and professional working milieu.

Take responsibility for your actions and the consequences that may come with it. We are all human; we are all fallible.

Take risks and push boundaries when creating art.  Try different tactics and approaches to find the most fitting choice for the show and concept.

Respect all collaborators within the business. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

If you have nothing nice to say, do not say anything at all.

Be opened to new ideas, different approaches, and critiques in order to learn and to create the best art.

Learn from others and let others learn from you.

Work as a team with your other theater collaborators. It is a collaborative effort!

Trust yourself and your inner voice. Remember that you are qualified.  You have training and are opened mind.

Be true to who you are; do not change for others.
